We help organisations decide which AI to fund
Most organisations have more AI ideas than they can fund, and little to compare them on. MetroMinds gives leadership one view of value, feasibility, readiness and risk, so decisions are made on evidence instead of enthusiasm.
Why we built MetroMinds
AI investment decisions are often made one use case at a time. Each business case looks good on its own, but nobody sees that three of them save the same hours, that the organisation is not ready for the most ambitious one, or that another falls under the EU AI Act.
We built MetroMinds to bring those questions together. One portfolio, one way of scoring value and feasibility, and business cases that use the same benchmarks and correct for overlap.
The result is a portfolio that leadership can discuss, fund and review every quarter.
Built on the MetroMinds Library
Every use case in the Library has benchmark ranges based on real-world implementations, a feasibility score and links to the capabilities and job families it affects. We review and extend the Library continuously. About 10 percent is public in our free tools.
