Your proposal separates the annual platform licence from any one-time onboarding or workshop fees. It identifies the included users, organisational scope and selected services, together with payment and delivery terms.
Yes. Every plan includes use-case management, portfolio prioritisation, business cases and value, readiness, capability and workforce impact, and tracking AI results against your business cases. User allocation and rollout scope determine the plan.
Portfolio managers organise portfolios, invite colleagues and manage scoring and decisions. Contributors submit ideas, add context and collaborate on the cases and portfolios they are invited to. Customer admin is the role responsible for account and user setup.
Foundation includes 2 portfolio managers and 25 contributors. Scale includes 5 and 100. Enterprise allocations are agreed in the contract, with organisation-wide participation available by agreement. The annual package price covers the stated allocation.
Contact us to agree an expanded allocation or a different plan. We confirm the price before making the change. Employee count alone does not determine your plan; actual platform use and organisational scope do.
Every plan includes one 45-minute online Quarterly Portfolio Review per customer organisation, with your portfolio owner and MetroMinds. The two-hour Value Realisation Review workshop and Decision Boards are separate paid services, included in Expert Start as specified. Additional Enterprise business-unit reviews are agreed separately.
If you choose Expert Start, Foundation includes one module for €15,000. Scale requires two modules for €30,000 to accommodate its larger user allocation and the scope limits per module. Enterprise pricing and scope are available on request. Fees are one-time, excluding VAT and your annual platform licence. Delivery and commercial terms are agreed in your proposal.
